Poka Luxe delivers both locally within Ghana and internationally. Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of item and destination.
1. Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Processed within 1–3 business days after full payment
- Pre-order / “Source For Me” items: Processing begins after your 70% deposit is confirmed
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on product type and location:
Within Ghana
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Pre-Order / Sourced Items
- Delivery timelines vary based on availability and sourcing
- You will be informed of the estimated timeframe before confirmation
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Item size and weight
Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided where available
- Some deliveries may not include real-time tracking depending on the courier used
5. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Courier or logistics issues
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
Poka Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or external factors beyond our control.
6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
7. Risk and Ownership
- Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk transfers to you
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping fee
